New milestones at the network meeting in Siegen

The semi-annual consortium meeting, which took place at the end of February at the University of Siegen, provided the ideal setting to gather the progress that has been made since the last meeting. The focus of the working days, a rare opportunity to have the entire consortium present on site, was the evaluation of extensive data sets and the strategic planning of the next phase.
A key focus was on the presentation of new research findings on health in hybrid collaboration. The IAT team presented the results of a focus survey that shed light on the specific health effects of this form of work. These quantitative findings were supplemented by qualitative data from field research: Team AIT provided valuable insights into the lived practice of hybrid teams through their shadowing assignments in partner companies.
Parallel to the accompanying research, the development of the technical infrastructure has taken a major step forward. Specifically, the vision of a central platform that unites various devices in order to make hybrid collaboration more transparent is emerging. The IHRI team also presented its progress: The current device prototypes with their specific functionalities aim to improve the quality of cooperation in hybrid settings.
We would like to thank the team from Siegen for their hospitality and look forward to the next opportunity to meet with the consortium.
