Experience with hybrid collaboration?

We want to create better, more inclusive and collaborative work. Get involved!

Welcome to the PRAESCO research project

Working from home today, in the office tomorrow, on the train the day after tomorrow: hybrid forms of work and collaboration are increasingly shaping everyday working life. This often results in asymmetries between employees who work together on site and those who are connected remotely. This is precisely where the PRAESCO research project comes in: Together with university partners and agile practice organizations, it is investigating how hybrid collaboration can be made more inclusive, more conscious and more effective - and whether the existing asymmetries can actually be overcome.
