The Good, The Bad, The Hybrid: PRAESCO at Agile Lean Karlsruhe 2026

As part of a session on problems, workarounds and tools for hybrid collaboration, the PRAESCO team was able to gain valuable practical insights at Agile Lean Karlsruhe 2026.

Following its successful participation at Agile Lean Munich last year, the PRAESCO project was now also present at its sister event, Agile Lean Karlsruhe. As an open space "by the agile community for the agile community", the event offered the perfect setting to deepen the exchange on innovative forms of work and the future of work.

Kassandra Kyei (AIT team) and Ali Askari (HRI team) were on site. Their mission was to gather in-depth insights into hybrid collaboration directly from experts in the agile field. In their session "The Good, The Bad, The Hybrid", they got to the bottom of the challenges, proven workarounds and tool recommendations for hybrid everyday life.

The matchmaking of problems and solutions during the session was extremely successful. The data gathered there now serves as a valuable basis for further research in the project.

Special thanks go to our practice partner Colenet, who organized this open space for us and thus enabled the direct involvement of users from agile working environments.
