Contribution and workshop as part of ASSETS 2025

Members of the research project contribute their topics in hybrid form to ASSETS 2025.

ASSETS 2025 took place from October 26-29 in Denver, Colorado. Even though members of the PRAESCO project were unable to attend the conference in person, our project topics were included in relevant scientific discussions in hybrid workshops and a contribution was submitted.

AT@Work: Intelligent Assistive Technologies for Enabling Workplace Inclusion

Henrik Sellmann, who conducts research with a focus on inclusive participation in hybrid collaboration, published the results of a scoping review (Sellmann et al. 2025). When looking at studies on the topic of hybrid work, it was found that people with disabilities have hardly been included in this field of research to date.

In addition, the workshop emphasized the importance of technology for the different needs of people with disabilities in the workplace and presented a wide range of possible applications.
