The PRAESCO team contributed ideas on hybrid work and digital participation to MuC 2025.

The "Mensch und Computer 2025" (MuC ) took place from August 31 to September 3 under the motto "Digital Diversity". The conference brought together researchers, students and interested parties and offered a broad forum for current issues in human-computer interaction. The PRAESCO team was represented with several contributions and was able to gather important impulses for its own research.

Vineetha Rallabandi, Ali Askari and Henrik Sellmann organized a barcamp session on the topic of "Self-help group remote work". The aim was to have an open exchange about personal experiences with hybrid working models. The discussion clearly showed how different the requirements for hybrid forms of work are. These results provide valuable input for research in the PRAESCO project.

Jana-Sophie Effert also took part in a workshop. She was able to gain new ideas for the field research approach in the project and benefit from the experiences of other researchers.

A central theme of this year's MuC was accessibility and digital participation. This perspective was present in many contributions and underlines the growing importance of inclusive approaches in human-computer interaction. The PRAESCO project was able to establish a clear connection here and is positioning itself with its questions in a dynamic, diversifying field of research.
